How to run a game on a video call
Choose a game that works with one shared screen and spoken or typed answers. Open the host key in a separate, unshared window.

Prepare the view
Share only the game tab. Close notifications and keep private notes outside the shared area. Read text aloud for people who cannot see it clearly.
Choose the turn order
Use the displayed participant list or agree a named order. Invite a pass and return later if a connection drops.
Collect answers
For a cooperative game, accept spoken answers. For a scored quiz, ask everyone to write first and reveal together; do not make connection speed the deciding factor.
Keep a fallback
Print or download the questions before the call. If screen sharing fails, read the prompts aloud and use paper scores.
