How MadBright tools work
MadBright makes each game in your browser. You start from a finished example, change what you need, then play it on screen or print it.

What the tools make
Quiz boards, bingo cards, word searches, charades and drawing prompts, random trivia rounds, word scrambles, mazes and classroom timers. Each opens with a complete example you can use straight away.
There is no crossword maker yet: a good crossword needs answers that cross cleanly and clues written by hand, and an automatic one would not be ready to hand to a group.
Where the answers come from
Every trivia answer links to the page we checked it against. Most links are pinned versions of a Wikipedia article, which stay as they were when we read them. An official page can be rewritten after we check it; when a page no longer shows the fact, we replace the link with a source that does.
Riddles, would-you-rather questions, charades prompts and game rules are written by us and checked for clarity, fairness and repeats. Anything you type into a maker is yours: check your own names, dates and answers before you print.
How cards and puzzles are mixed
Bingo deals your list in a different order on each card and checks the whole set, so no two cards in a set are the same. Word search places the longest words first, lets words cross where their letters match, and then fills the empty squares.
The mixing is made for games and classrooms. It is not a certified random draw, so do not use it for prize draws, gambling or anything that must be provably fair.
Sharing and saving
Copy share link puts a compact copy of your game after the # in the address. Your browser reads it back when the link is opened, and that part of the address is never sent to our server.
Save on this device keeps a copy in this browser only. Another browser or device will not have it, and clearing site data removes it. Later changes do not alter a link you already shared until you share again.
Known limits
A very long custom game makes a long link that some messaging apps shorten or wrap. Test a shared link once before you send it to a whole group.
Printing goes through your browser, so margins and page breaks can differ a little between browsers and printers. Choose Letter or A4 to match your paper; the printing guide lists settings that work well.
Corrections
When we correct a question, its answer, its source link and its printed copy change together. Tell us about a mistake through the contact form with the page address and the item.
