Working with Mindfulness: Course Review

In this course of mindfulness, we’ve looked at what mindfulness is and why mindfulness is becoming increasingly recognized as being important to work. Why mindfulness is becoming increasingly recognized as an important components of good leadership and management. We’ve looked at various techniques of mindfulness. We’ve looked at mindfulness and awareness of current situations in getting the most out of the present moment. We’ve also looked at mindfulness in other ways. We’ve looked at ways in which mindfulness can be applied to your work. We’ve defined practical, pragmatic and realistic ways of being able to use mindfulness. And being able to work with mindfulness to reduce stress and improve well being. There is an exercise that you can work on, that looks at what it is that nourishes you and improves your well being. Let’s see if we can get some more of that. It also looks at what it is that reduces your energy and depletes your well being. Let’s see what we can do to get less of that.
