In step 11, we’re going to track how things are actually going. So we’re going to track our money. And each month in a real simple way, now you might be using other tools like Quicken or other ways to track your money. But I’m just going to simply track here, how much money did I bring in, and maybe in January, I was able to bring in 1200 instead of 1000 a month with my online business. And then in the lifestyle cost, the cost of living, I’m going to put that below and maybe in this case, I stayed on budget kept it real simple. You probably won’t always be exactly the exact amount but that’s just an example there. And so as the year goes, I’m gonna look and see how am I doing as far as profit and how am I doing compared to what I was aiming for. So this is how I’m going to track the income. Up here. You’re gonna see I’ve got a different button here. Which is going to be this is called 11 A under 11 B. I’m going to track my time. So in the time tracking section, I’m going to see how did my plan go as far as what I looked to get rid of or delegate. So I decided I wanted to let go of these three things, eliminate these three tasks. And I’ve made a plan that it would save me six hours, two hours in two hours. Now in this case, I’m just going to show that I was successful. So let’s say I was successful this actually not let’s change this, let’s say maybe I wasn’t as successful maybe I did do a little bit of social media. So I was able to eliminate one of those two hours. I got caught on social media, sometimes doing personal stuff when I was working, but I was able to save nine hours in January with those items. And then under delegations, I was able to work my plan I delegated my bookkeeping, I delegated my website maintenance and my autoresponder email campaigns, and that saved me 10 hours so throughout the year, I’m going to track and see what actually turned out the way I thought it would but Also just get a sense of Okay, how much to actually save in this case, it shows that I freed up 19 hours in this first month. That’s a great start. Maybe I can reinvest that time into either personal tasks, or I can reinvest it into my online business, maybe that’ll help me make some more income there, whatever you want to do the personal times up to you, but just a sense of gain. How much does my elimination items? And how much do my delegation items end up freeing me up as I go forward, so chances are, this might not be perfect right away, maybe made this even a little too ideal. But as we move forward, you see there should be progress, month by month of you getting better and better at this hopefully. So now let’s look at the 12th step. And the 12th step of the four day workweek game plan. We’re just going to continue to adjust and tweak. So what we’ve got here is we’re going to adjust our key activities, projects and time to get our desired results. So in this first month we made 50 $200 instead of 5000. So that’s good, what’s working, I got 20% more clients in my online business, what’s not working, trying to grow too quickly, I just, you know, I want to be able to keep clients, so maybe I lost a few. Or maybe what I found out was just taking too much effort. And what am I gonna do to adjust, I’m gonna just focus on getting just one new client per month, if I can do that, and keep the clients I have, that’ll be a great set of progress for me. And then as far as hours freed up, it worked for me to delegate eliminate things, new time wasters are appearing. And so I need to make and work a sequential list of my priorities, so that I’m not just getting bogged down by additional new work. So that’s what the adjustment piece can look like. And again, these are just some examples. And these are the 12 steps to that four day workweek game plan. So this is something that should serve you and help you start creating that plan. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, an employee, a business owner, so that you can start Start working your four day workweek plan.
