Alright, so I am so glad that you’ve made it to the end of the main explanation videos for this short course, it should have given you an overview so that you know a bit more about what meditation actually is and requires and what you can do with it. And where you can go if you want to get a bit more serious about it. If you want to get started with simple guided meditation, there’s a second part of this course in which I take you through various different very short exercises that focus on different things. This should be a great place for you to get started, if you’ve never done it before. This should help you test the waters with the simpler and the shorter stuff. I support individuals and organizations in a whole variety of personal and professional development areas. And meditation is just one of the tiny exercises that I use because I know that it can be so helpful but it isn’t a huge specialization of mine.
