Overview

Hello there, have you ever felt weak in the knees or sick to your stomach, when you’ve had to give a speech of some sort in front of a public audience? If so, you are not alone, most people are afraid of public speaking. In fact, it is the number one type of communication that most people prefer to avoid. And you may have heard this joke comedian Jerry Seinfeld, and he said that if at a funeral, most people would prefer to be in the casket, then give the eulogy. And really that’s not far off. There’s been so many studies done about people that just don’t feel well and prefer not to give a public speech. So what I am going to address are tools and tips to help you or anyone overcome the fear of public speaking and learn how instead to feel more confident and actually perhaps look forward to giving a speech in front of a live audience. It can happen so I invite you to do dive in and and hopefully you will learn some great tips that can help you or anyone you know.
