Introduction to the Course “Working with Mindfulness”

Hello, my name is Robin hills. I am an emotional intelligence coach, trainer and facilitator. How do you cope as you sink in the quicksand of modern life, filled with cars and television and traffic and the internet and social media, and shopping and cooking and washing and ironing, and your family and your pets and your friends and remembering what it is that you’ve forgotten? mindfulness is a technique that will help you to cope, to manage your stress better, and to make better decisions. This short course of mindfulness will help you to understand what mindfulness is all about what it is and what it isn’t. It covers some hints and tips around working with mindfulness, and ways that you can apply mindfulness as you go about your daily life. Hopefully, it will give you some ideas you’ve not even thought of before. There are some resources and exercises within the course and a forum for you to share your own ideas with other people taking the course and to ask questions. I hope you enjoyed the course.
