Every day when you experience fear, negativity, one happiness, simply ask yourself what is not okay? And try to find the answer. It is the right if you do not know. If you really do not know there’s no need to overanalyze, just leave it, because it’s simply through the questioning. Again and again, that will help you to develop the awareness of the negative ideas behind your suffering experiences. And if you do discover negative ideas collected, remember to store a list of negative ideas and the worksheet provided in video 16.
