There you go, a plan to set up your daily journaling routine. Now what I recommend doing is doing this for two to three weeks. And if you feel like you’re getting the hang of it, you’re starting a good solid routine, then you can go back and add on more techniques or maybe tweak where you need to, but don’t stop keep doing the forward progress.
