What Kind of Pillow Should I Use for Neck Pain?

One of the most commonly asked questions I get from my patients is this: “What kind of pillow should I use?” In this course, I did a literature review, and I combined that with my experience, and my patients’ experience to answer this question.

Also in this free course, I will go over what sleeping position you should try to avoid neck pain in the morning. And, I also review some of the pillows I have personally tried over the years.
