This is a very quick and easy free course that very simply teaches you about some of the fundamentals of simple meditation. This makes it a great place to learn about something that can have a big impact on your life in a short amount of time!

It covers a lot of the basic information about why people do what they do physically during meditation, a few things to do for yourself during simple meditation exercises, and even gives you some example exercises to try out. I hope you enjoy it!

Sentences like “It’s so hard to get up in the morning…”, no matter how well things should be going, are honestly too common. So, I’ve combined my skills as a coach with my knowledge of mental health and entrepreneurialism to create high impact learning courses that vary in sizes and specificity.
