Let me share a wonderful series of exercises with you, which teaches you how to get out of fear, panic, anxiety, depression, and all negative unserving feelings and emotions in an instant.
The series consists of 7 parts. For ideal and more effective learnings, I recommend repeating each exercise 2-3 days in a row before progressing to the next. This way you have 21 days of practice, which is the amount of time required to spend in practice for the first steps of long term change occurs.
This work is based on learning breath observation, objective observation, and the art of refocusing along with the basic vibrations of a positive peaceful, and meaningful life.
