Hello! My name is Dr. Kim Daniels, and I'm a clinical psychologist and coach. In both my therapy and coaching practices, I specialize in working with women who are struggling with overeating, emotional eating, and binge eating as well as negative body image. It is my goal to help women change their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves!

I also work with women who are tired of diets and diet culture and who are looking to ditch diets for good. Diet culture is extremely toxic, especially for women, and one of the best things that you can do for yourself is to stop buying into it.
